Job Description

Location: Remote (U.S. preferred)

Reports to: Marketing Manager

Status: Full-time, Exempt

Salary Range: $58,000-$62,000 annually (based on experience)

About the Role

Animal Equality is seeking a strategic, analytical, and deeply mission-aligned Marketing Coordinator to help drive forward our campaigns and global fundraising efforts. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this role supports the execution of high-impact marketing initiatives-including paid advertising, campaign material coordination, and performance analysis-to engage the public, mobilize supporters, and raise funds to end cruelty to farmed animals. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in data-driven decision making processes, uses insights to produce deliverables and enhance creatives, understands the urgency of our mission, and wants their marketing skills to directly advance animal protection.

Key Responsibilities
• Track and report on paid content campaigns. Deliver weekly reports and insights to refine strategies.
• Monitor and optimize email sequences, donation pages, lead generation forms and other digital elements, with the goal of enhancing the user journey.
• Maintain clean data tagging, assist with audience segmentation, and support syncing of campaign data to CRM.
• Coordinate production of marketing deliverables (email, ads, landing pages) with other teams for major campaigns.
• Create assets for paid campaigns as needed.
• Work closely with the Marketing Manager and across teams to ensure campaign alignment and support.

Qualifications
• 1-2 years in digital marketing with hands-on paid media execution (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads).
• Strong analytics capabilities and technical proficiency in automating, tracking, reporting, and visualizing data.
• Proficient with Excel/Sheets, and/or other data management tools, ad performance tools and CRM/email platforms. Knowledge of EveryAction preferred.
• Basic knowledge of creative tools like Canva is preferred.
• Proactive, fast learner, detail-oriented, and focused. Comfortable under pressure.
• Committed to Animal Equality's mission and values. Thrives in a structured, high-performance environment.
• U.S. based and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
