Achieve More with Volt! Volt is immediately hiring for a Warehouse Supervisor in El Paso, Texas. As a Warehouse Supervisor you will: * Continuously monitor employee safety and ensure compliance with all company safety policies * Identify and update work procedures; prepare work schedules and expedite workflow * Prepare work schedules and expedite workflow * Examine work for exactness, neatness, and conformance to policies and procedures. * Study and standardize procedures to improve efficiency of workers * Identify, drive, and implement continuous improvement opportunities within the group * Analyze and evaluate problems with inventory, delivery, and/or sales orders. Providing periodic reports and updates to management. * Act as a subject matter expert for material providing and handling strategies This is a full-time temporary opportunity. Schedule: Monday to Friday 10am to 8pm (flexible to work overtime) The ideal candidate will have: * Bachelor's degree (BS) in Business, Engineering, or Supply Chain * 1+ years minimum experience directly supervising employees * 3+ year experience in a Manufacturing or Supply Chain role. * Prior knowledge/experience with shipping and shipping processes. * Strong working knowledge of PC applications (Windows, Excel, Word, Access and SAP) * Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma knowledge and application preferred Pay Rate: $38.00 to $45.00 per hour DOE *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
