Job Description

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled Structural Welder-Fitter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fabricating and assembling metal structures through the use of welding techniques.

**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience as a Structural Welder-Fitter or similar role
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints
- Knowledge of different welding techniques and equipment
- Strong attention to detail and precision
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Certification in welding is a plus

**Responsibilities:**
- Read and interpret technical drawings to determine the layout of metal components
- Use welding equipment and tools to weld and assemble metal parts
- Inspect and test welded structures to ensure they meet quality and safety standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with welding equipment
- Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals
- Follow safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a safe work environment

Excellent attendance is required for this position. You must show up with appropriate tools of your trade.

Subject to drug screen, physical and E-Verify background check.

This position is outside in the weather, involves standing for 10 hr shifts, climbing, bending, kneeling and working at heights.
