Join Pride Health as a Phlebotomist III - Floater at Nashville, TN! This is a 3 months contract role offering a great opportunity for experience to excel in a dynamic environment.

Role: Phlebotomist III - Floater

Location: Nashville, TN 37228

Shift Schedule:

• (7:00 AM – 5:00 PM, hours vary daily) | Weekdays with flexibility for weekends, holidays, on-call, and overtime

Hours per Week: 40 hours

Start Date: ASAP

Pay Highlights: $20.70 - 23.30/hour (Based on years of experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform phlebotomy and specimen processing accurately and on schedule, following established procedures.
• Collect specimens (venipuncture, capillary, pediatric, and geriatric) with skill and confidence.
• Verify patient identity, demographics, and signatures to ensure accurate labeling.
• Maintain proper documentation and compliance with all policies and safety standards.
• Provide excellent customer service, creating an atmosphere of trust and professionalism.
• Travel daily as required to multiple locations, adapting quickly to new environments.
• Support leadership by modeling Quest’s Leadership Behaviors and Everyday Excellence Guiding Principles .
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment while upholding company dress code and health & safety standards.

Qualifications:

Education: High School Diploma or GED required.

Experience: Minimum 3 years phlebotomy experience required (inclusive of pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections)

Note: Local candidates within 30 miles are eligible.

*Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credit.
