This position is a hybrid role requiring employees to work from our headquarters location in Seattle, WA every Tuesday and Wednesday, and remote all other days.

Redfin's Growth Marketing team is looking for an entrepreneurial, analytical, creative and results-oriented SEM Specialist to build and optimize SEM campaigns to connect customers with Redfin's site, mobile tools and contact us for service.

- You get things done: you have an insatiable desire to move fast to drive results and are an expert at removing roadblocks that get in your way while still being able to work well across teams to keep your projects moving forward.
- Deadly with the details: you'll be launching new creative tests along with writing SQL queries so you need an eagle eye for accuracy in everything you do.
What You'll Do - Be the go-to for paid search campaigns: you'll manage the process of building, optimizing and expanding SEM campaigns to connect customers with Redfin's tools and services, ultimately driving more people to rent homes with Redfin.
- Work cross-functionally with other marketing specialists, data analysts, and web developers to set up and launch campaigns.
- Communicate performance: you'll develop clear and detailed reports to communicate campaign and test success, highlighting what went well and where we need to improve. You'll proactively suggest ways to make our work more effective.
- Optimize results: A/B testing is a core focus and you'll be a testing fiend, iterating on copy and landing pages to optimize results and maintain accurate and compelling reports on your progress.
Skills Required - A bachelor's degree plus two to four years of experience managing SEM campaigns with a history of delivering results
- SEM platform experience (Auction time bidding or similar tools like Marin or Kenshoo, Google Ads Editor)
- Campaign performance and data analysis using spreadsheets, pivot tables, building charts and graphs and building performance reports

The compensation information is provided in compliance with job posting disclosure requirements in Hawaii, Colorado, New York, New Jersey, Maryland, Washington, California and Washington, DC. Base Pay Range: $68,800.00 - 102,900.00. Actual base pay will depend on varying circumstances, including the position, location, individual qualifications, market finances, and other operational business needs. Depending on the position, compensation may also include commissions, bonuses, and equity.?Potential for merit increases and stock grants based on performance.
