Nest Expressions, a leader in the Window Fashion industry located in Wexford , PA has an immediate opening for a Highly Motivated, Enthusiastic, Self -Starter , Inside-Outside Drapery and Shades Sales Professional. We provide a family friendly environment where each person is an integral member of our team.

Job Function

• Duties are conducted from within the showroom and in customer’s homes.
• Possess effective and proven commission retail sales skills.
• Requires strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Assist clients in making home decor product choices according to their individual needs.
• Provide both design and product knowledge that will make the customer’s buying decision easier.
• The candidate must be a team player, possess an Out-Going Personality, Highly Motivated with High Energy . Hardworking, well organized, detail oriented, excellent computer skills and eager to learn.
• Qualified candidates must be willing to work 40 hours weekly including 1 evening per week and every other Saturday.
• Closed Major Holidays and Sundays.

Job Requirements

• Outgoing, friendly, enthusiastic personality.
• Self starter and Self Motivated
• Knowledge and Interest in window fashion products.
• Valid Driver's License and a good driving record.
• Ability to carry 20lbs,sit, stand, walk, stoop and navigate stairs, Use of step ladder.
• Excellent computer skills needed.

Compensation

Base Hourly rate plus commissions. Earning potential $65,000-$92,000

Experience: Window Treatment Sales, Interior Design, Flooring sales, Furniture Sales or Kitchen Design, Other Home Decor Experience or Outside Sales.
