Vision Care Coordinator Opportunity

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate the care of patients throughout the entire clinical course of treatment.
• Perform to the procedural guidelines set forth at the OTC, ophthalmology, and/or optometry clinics at their military treatment facility.

Your Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience as a social worker, RN, case manager or health care coordinator required.
• Shall have completed a Bachelor of Science Degree from an accredited college or university.
• Have and maintain current certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS).
• Shall be able to read, write, and speak English well enough to effectively communicate with patients and other staff members.
• Have knowledge of computer operations and proficiency in the use of basic word processing, data entry, and automated records.
