We're looking for a Retail Store Manager who wants real ownership--not just a title.

This role is for someone who takes pride in running a store well, leading a team, and creating an exceptional customer experience. You'll be responsible for day-to-day operations, team performance, and customer satisfaction at one retail location.

• Daily operation and performance of one retail location
• Training, scheduling, coaching, and accountability of the store team
• Customer experience--from greeting to issue resolution
• Store organization, cleanliness, and operational accuracy
• Cash handling, deposits, and basic reporting
• Stepping in when needed to support the team

Retail management experience is preferred, but ownership mindset matters more than titles .

• Fast-paced, customer-facing retail setting
• On your feet, active throughout the day

• $24-$30 per hour (based on experience)
• Full-time, 40 hours per week
• 5-day paid retail training program
