What You'll Do

-Partner with attorneys to prepare for trials, hearings, and closings by organizing exhibits, gathering evidence, and drafting legal documents.

-Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategy and development.

-Draft, review, and manage contracts, agreements, and other legal documentation with precision.

-Maintain and organize case files, ensuring accuracy and accessibility throughout the litigation lifecycle.

-Liaise with clients, witnesses, and experts to coordinate schedules and gather critical information.

-Support discovery efforts, including document production, review, and management.

-Attend court proceedings and provide in-the-moment support to attorneys as needed.

What We're Looking For

-Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a legal setting.

-Completion of a paralegal studies program or comparable training.

-Minimum of 2 years' experience in litigation and/or commercial law.

-Strong command of legal terminology, procedures, and research methodologies.

-Exceptional writing, communication, and organizational skills.

-Proficiency in legal research platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
