Floor Technician

Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $20 - $35 / hour*

What You'll Do as a Floor Technician:

• Floor Technician will perform a variety of floor care and maintenance tasks, such as stripping, waxing, buffing, steam carpet cleaning and hot water extraction

• Operate floor cleaning machines, such as buffers, scrubbers and whittaker

• Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, such as mops, brooms and brushes

• Maintaining floors using appropriate techniques and equipment

• Maintain a positive attitude and respond to customer needs

Available Shifts:

Shift timings - All Available

Job Requirements:

• 1 year minimum of Floor maintenance experience in Commercial and/or Residential

• Experience with oriental rug cleaning, all type of floorings including marble

• Reliable transportation

• Open to drive company truck

• Open availability for either morning or night shift

• Background check and drug screening required
