Pasadena, TX | On-Site | Full-Time | Exempt Danner's is looking for a creative, data-savvy Marketing & Sales Lead Generation Specialist to expand our digital presence and deliver a steady pipeline of qualified leads. You'll blend strategy with hands-on execution across content, social, email, and paid campaigns - partnering closely with Sales, Operations, and HR to fuel company growth. What You'll Do - Build the plan: Develop integrated marketing strategies that raise brand awareness and drive high-quality leads with measurable outcomes.
- Create standout content: Write and produce on-brand assets for web, email, social, blogs, and promos; surface customer stories and wins.
- Run digital channels: Manage day-to-day social (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok), scheduling and engagement; keep our website current and SEO-aligned.
- Own paid & search: Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns in Google Ads, Facebook, and LinkedIn; apply SEO best practices.
- Generate & nurture leads: Build digital lead gen programs; use marketing automation/CRM (HubSpot) to capture, score, and nurture prospects; align with Sales targets.
- Report what matters: Track and present KPIs (traffic, click-through rate, conversions, ROI) using Google Analytics, HubSpot, and native platform reports; adjust campaigns based on insights.
- Support the business: Coordinate with internal teams for events, trade shows, and employee engagement initiatives; be our internal go-to for digital/social strategy.
What You'll Bring - 3–5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing and lead generation with proven outcomes.
- Working knowledge of Customer Relationship Management/marketing automation (HubSpot) and analytics (Google Analytics).
- Demonstrated skill in paid media and campaign optimization.
- Confident writer and editor with an eye for brand consistency.
- Organized, deadline-driven, and comfortable managing multiple projects.
- Collaborative teammate who can partner across functions.
- Bonus points: B2B experience; Canva/Adobe video or design chops; website management and SEO skills; email best-practice know-how, maritime or security industry knowledge.
