Job Title: IT Help Desk Technician Location: 28 Broadway, New York, NY Pay Rate: $23 per hour Job Type: Full-time | On-site Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused IT Help Desk Technician to join our team at 28 Broadway, NY. The ideal candidate will provide first-level technical support to end-users, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and ensure timely resolution of IT-related problems. Key Responsibilities Provide technical support via phone, email, or in person for hardware, software, and network-related issues. Troubleshoot and resolve Windows, Microsoft Office, and other software problems. Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other IT equipment. Assist in setting up new user accounts and managing access permissions. Maintain accurate records of issues and solutions in the ticketing system. Escalate complex issues to higher-level support or IT management when necessary. Ensure all systems and devices are secure and up to date. Requirements Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience). 4+ year of experience in an IT support or help desk role. Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and basic networking. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
