Position Overview

The Experienced Service Plumber will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and installing plumbing systems for residential and/or commercial clients. This role requires strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and the ability to provide a professional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, and broken pipes
• Install, maintain, and repair water heaters, faucets, toilets, drains, and other plumbing fixtures
• Perform preventative maintenance and inspections on plumbing systems
• Troubleshoot and recommend cost-effective solutions for plumbing problems
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
• Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and safety regulations
• Communicate effectively with customers, providing clear explanations and recommendations
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on jobs
• Keep company vehicle, tools, and equipment clean and in good working condition

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum 3–5 years of professional plumbing experience (residential and/or commercial service)
• Valid plumbing license or certification (as required by state/city)
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and safety practices
• Ability to use plumbing tools and diagnostic equipment
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Strong customer service and communication abilities
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

• Backflow certification
• Experience with tankless water heaters
• Bilingual communication skills
