Transport Nurse

NEW STATE OF THE ART EQUIPMENT:

• Stryker power stretchers and power load systems

• Zoll X Series Cardiac Monitors

• Cardiosave Hybrid Transport Intra-Aortic Balloon Pump

• New LTV 1200 Transport Ventilators

EDUCATION, LICENSURE & CERTIFICATIONS:

• Successful Completion of accredited Nursing program

• Unrestricted Illinois State Nursing License

• Nationally Registered Paramedic (Preferred)

• Minimum 2 years experience in high volume Emergency Department, ICU < or Critical Care Transport

• Highly desirable:

• ACLS, PALS, PEPP, ITLS/PHTLS , TNCC or TNS

• ECRN also preferred

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be able to perform all essential job functions.

• Must complete a pre-employment screening

• Must complete EMS System Entry
