Associate Sales Representative Medical Device | LA-Based | Travel Opportunity | Path to Promotion

Dermatology | Full-Time | Entry-Level with Fast-Track Advancement

Position Highlights

• Title: Associate Sales Representative
• Location: Based near LAX or Long Beach
• Territory: CA, HI, NV, UT, AZ
• Travel: Up to 75% 3 weeks/month on the road, 1 week in local geography

What Youll Do

• Support Territory Managers with sales strategy, education, and in-office trainings
• Conduct cold calling and new market development
• Ride along with TMs to gain exposure to the full sales cycle
• Learn how to sell a pay-per-use, CPT-reimbursed device model no capital equipment sales

What You Need

• 12+ years of outside B2B sales experience
• Strong interpersonal skills and a desire to build long-term customer relationships
• Willingness to travel extensively and relocate for promotion
• Bachelors degree required
• A passion for healthcare and sales

Compensation & Perks

• Base Salary: $55,000
• On-Target Earnings (OTE): $75,000$80,000
• Car Allowance: $500/month + gas card
