Our client is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Supervisor to join their team in Leominster, MA!

Schedules:

• 1st: 8:00am-4:30pm
• 2nd: 4:00pm-12:30am

Starting Rate: $18.00+

In this role, you’ll oversee and support critical shipping and receiving functions. The ideal candidate brings a hands-on approach, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to safety and efficiency.

Warehouse Shipping and Receiving Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and verify incoming shipments by matching them against invoices, packing slips, and shipment documentation
• Maintain accurate records of all shipping and receiving activity, including documenting delivery dates, damages, and shortages
• Supervise the loading and unloading of trailers and containers
• Coordinate the movement of products between floors within the facility
• Organize and presort freight for internal processing
• Prepare and stage freight for outbound shipments

Warehouse Shipping and Receiving Qualifications:

• Competency in basic math and computer operations
• Must be able to communicate clearly in English, both spoken and written
• Capable of understanding and following written policies and procedures
• Ability to operate manual and electric pallet jacks
• Experience with dock operations and RF scanning is a plus
• Forklift or material handling experience is preferred
• Physically capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds and pushing/pulling up to 75 pounds
