First Team Staffing is Hiring: Warehouse Associate – Bilingual Preferred (English/Spanish)
Location: Nashville, TN
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
No Weekends | No Overtime | 1-Hour Lunch Break
Pay: $20/hour

About the Role

First Team Staffing is looking for a dependable Warehouse Associate to join our team in Nashville, TN . This hands-on role supports inventory, shipping, and repair operations in a busy technical warehouse environment. Bilingual in English/Spanish is preferred to support communication across teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and ship tools, parts, and accessories
• Receive and check in inbound shipments
• Maintain accurate inventory records
• Prep, label, and load outbound packages
• Pull parts and materials for the technical repair team
• Support forklift operations (training provided)
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse
• Communicate with service techs, sales, and operations teams

Who We’re Looking For

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
• Detail-oriented and dependable
• Able to lift packages (20–50 lbs) and operate basic lifting equipment
• Willing to obtain forklift certification (if not already certified)
• Strong communicator with clear verbal and written skills
• Comfortable working independently and solving problems
• Tech-savvy enough to learn shipment and inventory systems
• Previous warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics experience preferred
• Familiarity with tools, mechanical parts, or technical inventory is a plus

Work Environment & Requirements

• Traditional warehouse (not climate-controlled)
• Safety attire required: Closed-toe, closed-heel shoes; no holes, tears, or offensive content
• Reliable transportation required (location is not easily accessible by public transit)
