About the Role:

We’re seeking an  industry expert to own and optimize all aspects of our daily production workflow, with a strong emphasis on scheduling, communication, and team coordination. You’ll be the go-to leader making sure every job—screen print or embroidery—is scheduled, communicated, and executed with precision. You’ll develop and refine the systems that ensure every team member knows what needs to be accomplished for the day, the next day, and the week ahead. You’ll work directly with both our screen printing and embroidery departments to increase productivity, improve efficiency, and keep us ahead of schedule as we grow.

What You’ll Do:

• Build, maintain, and optimize systems for job scheduling, production planning, and resource allocation using Printavo and other tools
• Oversee and coordinate daily, next-day, and weekly job schedules for both screen printing and embroidery teams—ensuring everyone knows their priorities
• Collaborate with receiving and shipping teams to streamline intake and outbound processes, reduce delays, and improve organization
• Audit and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for every phase of production, driving consistency and scalability
• Monitor progress and proactively identify bottlenecks, conflicts, or workflow gaps—solve problems before they impact delivery
• Communicate clearly across teams and leadership to keep everyone informed, accountable, and focused
• Lead training on new processes, tools, and SOPs, building a culture of continuous improvement
• Leverage Printavo (and suggest other tools where needed) to bring more visibility and control to the production process

Who You Are:

• 3+ years of experience in high-volume screen printing, embroidery, or contract print production
• Deep understanding of production scheduling, workflow management, and process optimization
• Printavo power-user or highly proficient with similar shop management systems
• Track record of building and refining systems that drive team productivity and output
• Exceptional communicator, trainer, and team motivator
• Obsessed with details, deadlines, and operational excellence
• Comfortable in a fast-moving, rapidly evolving environment
