Job Description: Designer / Graphic Designer


The primary responsibility of the Designer is to create visually compelling designs, concepts, and sample layouts based on established design principles. A successful candidate will demonstrate strong creativity, clear visual thinking, and the ability to effectively communicate ideas to both internal teams and external stakeholders.


This role requires flexibility in adapting to client requirements, the ability to perform well under pressure, and strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, analyze, and develop visual solutions to communication and design challenges
  • Design overall layouts and production assets for print publications, digital content, and web interfaces
  • Create preliminary sketches, mockups, and layouts for client and stakeholder presentations
  • Generate charts, graphs, and visual assets using provided data
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure design consistency and alignment with project goals
  • Manage multiple design tasks while meeting deadlines and quality standards
Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong creativity with effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven problem-solving ability and attention to visual detail
  • Fundamental proficiency across multiple media formats, including print, digital, and video/film
  • Basic capability in 2D and 3D visualization, with a solid understanding of aesthetic and visual design principles
  • Experience using computer-based design tools for layout creation and image development
  • Hands-on experience with Adobe publishing and graphics software (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
Education & Experience

  • Associate's degree in Design and/or a certificate in Graphic Design (required)
  • Bachelor's degree in Design or a related field (preferred)
  • Relevant professional experience in graphic design, visual design, or related roles is a plus
