Job Title: Truss Laborer
Job Type: Full-Time | Evaluation Hire
Pay: $18.00/HR
Shift: Monday-Friday, 6am-4:30pm
Location: Lewiston, ID

Overview: Express Employment Professionals is now hiring hardworking, safety-focused Truss Laborers for a long-term opportunity with a great local LC Valley company. If you enjoy physical, hands-on work in a team environment and are looking to grow with a company that values commitment and performance, this is a great opportunity for you!

You'll work in a production environment handling lumber and position plates as you work with the team to assemble and pack trusses. This is a physically demanding, fast-paced job ideal for someone who enjoys active work and wants to build a career in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Use of hand and power tools
• Repetitively lift and move up to 50 lbs independently and team lifting more than 50 lbs. occasionally.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness throughout shift
• Stand/walk for full 8-hour shifts; follow all PPE and safety protocols

Qualifications:

• Safety-first mindset
• Strong physical stamina and hand-eye coordination
• Prior experience in a labor-intensive setting
• Dependable, punctual, and ready to learn
• Adaptable and willing to take on new responsibilities
