This is a 13-week contract position.

\nSchedule or Shift\n

Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with one stay-late shift per week as needed.

\nJob Description\n

We are seeking a qualified individual to join our outpatient surgery team. The position requires proficiency in GI endoscopy cases, familiarity with common surgical procedures, and experience with EPIC documentation. The candidate will float to the main operating room as necessary.

\nResponsibilities\n

\n
• Assist in GI endoscopy cases and other outpatient surgical procedures.
\n
• Utilize EPIC for documentation and tracking of patient care.
\n
• Ensure safety and quality of care during surgical procedures.
\n
• Participate in team collaboration and communication within the unit.
\n

\nRequired Experience / Certifications / Licensure\n

\n
• ACLS, PALS, and BLS certifications required.
\n
• Prior experience in GI cases is essential.
\n
• National certification for surgical techs is preferred.
\n
