\n\nTravel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

\n\nJob Details:
\n• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
\n• 36 hours guaranteed per week
\n• Rotating weekends required
\n• 2+ years of Emergency Department experience required
\n• Required to float to Marana ED location
\n• Must be willing to float between departments and sister facilities: Northwest Medical Center, Northwest Houghton, and Northwest Sahuarita
\n• Required certifications: Arizona nursing license, BLS, ACLS, and PALS
\n• Preferred certifications: TNCC or CPI, NIH
\n• Must have Cerner experience
\n• Provide comprehensive nursing care to Emergency Room patients using the Nursing Process
\n• Demonstrate critical thinking skills and scientific judgment in patient care planning
\n• Maintain clinical competencies through continuing education
\n• Delegate patient care priorities and provide supervision of assigned personnel
\n• Utilize leadership skills in anticipating and planning safe patient care delivery
