Perspire aims to introduce the benefits of infrared saunas to communities through a friendly, comfortable, spa-like atmosphere. We are expanding with a new location in West Loop and seeking a full-time Studio Manager to spearhead this venture. If you're a confident, self-motivated, and results-oriented individual who loves to make others feel their best, this role might be perfect for you.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a high-performing team to achieve top results, serving as a hands-on role model while providing continuous feedback.
• Engage with guests extensively; this role is active and front-facing, not confined to a desk.
• Manage the details, deliver exceptional guest service, and ensure compliance with processes and policies in a professional yet fun environment.

• Proven experience leading a team to meet or exceed sales and service goals consistently.
