Job Description

The Staff Accountant will assist with the accounting processes for multiple brands within the organization and work closely with Revenue Accounting to prepare various Accounts Receivable and Revenue schedules.

This position is based in Louisville, KY.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Monthly Charge/Revenue Categorization and Tie Out
• Monthly AR Categorization and Tie Out
• Assist with monthly external receivables (Borrowing Base) reporting and data compilation
• Assist with Month End close tasks
• Run Clinicient Unsigned Visits reports weekly and create/update consolidated workbook
• Quarterly Texas Liens PPV Calculation
• Quarterly Lien Aging Detail Compilation
• Quarterly Report Running for AR Lookback calculations
• Update Roll Forward reports for “Other” systems (systems outside of Clinicient, WebPT, and Raintree)
• Assist with diligence revenue report running and model updates
• Assist with balance sheet reconciliations
• Provide assistance and support to leadership
• Participate in process improvement initiatives
• Develop and maintain positive, collaborative working relationships with direct supervisor and co-workers

Competencies

1. Experience in using ERP systems, especially Oracle NetSuite
2. Advanced Excel skills
3. Demonstrated knowledge of GAAP
4. Thrives in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
5. Ability to recognize when priorities need to shift
6. High level of attention to detail
7. Ability to recognize discrepancies in trends and research

Education

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required or commensurate experience
