We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Marketing Manager to join our growing team at Arizona Pain. In this role, you’ll lead our brand’s presence across social platforms, creating engaging content, optimizing campaigns, and driving strategy through insights. Responsibilities

As our Social Media Marketing Manager, you’ll play a vital role in elevating our brand voice, building community, and expanding our digital reach. Your key areas of accountability will include:

  • Planning and managing our content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more
  • Creating and publishing compelling written, visual, and video content
  • Using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Sora) to support content ideation and variation
  • Scheduling content and tracking performance using platforms like HubSpot, Later, and Meta Suite
  • Engaging directly with our audience in comments, messages, and DMs
  • Analyzing social performance and recommending improvements based on data
  • Presenting strategy updates and insights to internal stakeholders
  • Repurposing content across different formats for wider impact

Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience managing social media content and strategy
  • Experience with short-form video and willingness to appear on camera if needed
  • Familiarity with AI content tools and social media scheduling platforms
  • Strong writing, creative, and visual communication skills
  • Previous experience in healthcare, wellness, or multi-location environments a plus

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods
  • Comfortable using video and multimedia tools
  • Some on-camera presence required for content shoots
