Teriyaki Madness Now Hiring Front of the House positions for (Greenwood Village, Colorado ) Welcome to the MADNESS!! Shift Leader

• Responsible for running a smooth shift and delegate to other employees.
• Typically reports to a senior manager or owner.
• Open and/or close the restaurant.
• Work in the Front of the House or Back of the House
• Motivate, train and delegate staff.
• Oversees kitchen functions.
• Backs up all personnel as needed.
• Oversees interior and exterior cleanliness of the facility and ensures that the facility is ready for operations the next day.

The preferred Madness team member will:

• Present a friendly, outgoing, positive, and customer-oriented attitude and service orientation at all times.
• Facilitate teamwork and a helpful approach to getting all tasks and assignments handled in a timely, efficient, and effective manner.
• Communicate effectively with customers, service providers or vendors, and other team members at all times. Attentive listening, speaking clearly using appropriate language, terminology, tone, and volume while maintaining a respectful and courteous demeanor is required.
• Present a clean and professional appearance at all times.
• Work well – or best! – under pressure.
• Have the ability to follow recipe instructions; complete cleaning, sanitizing, and other tasks from established checklists; have a thorough understanding of the menu items; and, display a willingness to cross-train in other positions.
