About the Role: We are looking for an experienced SAP MM Lead with strong hands-on expertise in S/4HANA to lead end-to-end implementation, roll-out, and support initiatives. In this strategic role, you will manage the full lifecycle of SAP MM projects, driving the design, configuration, and optimization of Materials Management functionalities to align with evolving business needs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and technical consultants to ensure seamless integration with related SAP modules and contribute to the continuous improvement of business processes. Key Responsibilities: 1. Project Management & Implementation: Lead and manage 1–2 full lifecycle S/4HANA implementations , from project preparation to go-live and hyper-care. Deliver and support roll-out projects and post-implementation support across different geographies or business units. Translate business requirements into functional specifications and system designs. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver projects on time and within scope. 2. SAP MM Functional Expertise: Configure and optimize Inventory Management processes including MM pricing procedures , Material Requirement Planning (MRP) , stock transfers, reservations, and batch management. Implement and maintain Purchasing , Procurement (external/internal), and Invoice Verification functionalities. Ensure smooth integration with FICO, SD, PP, and QM modules for end-to-end process flows. 3. Master Data Management: Manage creation and governance of SAP MM master data: materials, vendors, purchasing info records, and source lists. Define and maintain organizational structures in MM: plants, storage locations, purchasing organizations, and purchasing groups. Ensure data consistency and alignment with enterprise data management strategies. 4. Methodology and Best Practices: Apply SAP Activate and/or ASAP methodology for structured project delivery and documentation. Champion and implement SAP best practices in Materials Management to enhance operational efficiency and business performance. 5. Technical Tools and Documentation: Utilize LSMW , LTMC , and BAPIs/IDOCs for data migration and integration. Work with SAP Solution Manager for documentation, testing, and change management. Perform functional unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT). Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field. Proven experience with 1–2 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA MM implementations . Experience in roll-out and support environments. Deep understanding of SAP MM configuration and business processes. Strong grasp of Inventory Management , Master Data , and procurement cycles . Experience with project documentation , process mapping, and functional design. Familiarity with SAP methodologies ( ASAP , Activate ) and integration scenarios. Preferred Qualifications: SAP Certification in Materials Management or S/4HANA. Experience with additional SAP modules or tools (e.g., Ariba , MDG , SRM , Fiori Apps ). Exposure to Agile or Hybrid project delivery models . Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
