Position Highlights:

Established + Supportive Team:

Join a collegial and expanding group of Pulmonary/Critical Care physicians and APPs in a respected, mission-driven health system. This newly created role is designed to support growing demand and enhance care delivery.

Work-Life Balance:

Full-time schedule with a rotating mix of clinic, inpatient consults, and ICU coverage. Home call with reasonable response time, designed to support physician well-being.

Robust Clinical Mix:

Split your time evenly between pulmonary and critical care. Perform a full range of procedures including bronchoscopy, EBUS, and intubation with dedicated procedure block time.

Outpatient + Inpatient Variety:

Blend of outpatient clinic, inpatient consults, and open ICU coverage with strong APP support.

Requirements:

• MD or DO with fellowship training in Pulmonary and Critical Care
• Board-certified or board-eligible
• California medical license (or ability to obtain)
