Responsibilities

Operational Leadership

• Oversee daily operations to ensure seamless restaurant performance.
• Maintain strict compliance with safety, sanitation, and quality standards.

Guest Experience

• Deliver exceptional hospitality and nurture strong guest relationships.
• Quickly resolve guest concerns to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

Financial Management

• Implement strategies to meet financial targets and drive revenue.
• Monitor and analyze key metrics including labor, food cost, and sales trends.

Problem Solving & Innovation

• Identify operational gaps and develop effective, scalable solutions.
• Adjust to evolving business needs and optimize workflows for efficiency.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven leadership experience in quick-service or restaurant environments.
• Strong grasp of restaurant operations including inventory, scheduling, and quality control.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to coach and motivate teams.
• Deep commitment to delivering an outstanding guest experience.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting while managing multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with budgeting and basic financial reporting preferred.
