Qualifications

• Seeking a mid-level to senior associate or counsel with experience representing commercial and investment banks, debt funds, and other lenders
• Expertise in securitization, syndication, and participation of commercial mortgage, construction, and mezzanine loans is required
• No Portable Book Required (Select Roles) – Certain partner roles do not require a book of business, allowing you to fully focus on client work
• Real Estate Associates (4+ Years), Counsel, & Partners with transactional and finance expertise
• Experience representing lenders, borrowers, developers, or investors in high-value deals
