Job Description:

The Project Director will provide overall leadership, strategic direction, and operational oversight for the TECHGATE program, ensuring that objectives are met on time and within scope.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all aspects of the TECHGATE program.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and align deliverables with goals.
• Manage timelines, deliverables, and project risks.
• Serve as primary liaison with stakeholders and reporting agencies.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Master’s preferred).
• 8+ years of experience managing federal grant programs.
• Demonstrated leadership of technical training or workforce programs.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of IAC or consortia-led models.
• Experience managing federal program reporting requirements.
