Equal Justice Law Group is seeking an experienced and dedicated Paralegal to join our growing team. We are looking for a professional who is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing cases from start to finish. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated paralegal who wants to advance their career and play a key role in providing exceptional legal services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently manage cases from inception through trial and post-judgment proceedings.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and correspondence.
• Conduct legal research and analyze case law.
• Prepare and organize documents for depositions, mediations, and trials.
• Manage client communications, including providing case updates and responding to inquiries.
• File pleadings through e-filing and serve opposing parties and counsel.
• Review and analyze financial records, reports, and other relevant case materials.
• Coordinate with attorneys, clients, and opposing counsel to ensure smooth case progression.
• Monitor court deadlines and maintain an organized case management system.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Ability to analyze issues and develop strategic case plans.
• Proficiency in legal research and document drafting.
• Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of professionalism and ability to interact effectively with clients, attorneys, and court personnel.
• Familiarity with case management software and e-filing systems.

Education:
Paralegal Degree (Required)

Experience:Microsoft Office: 3 years (Preferred),Customer Service: 2 years (Required),Paralegal: 2 years (Preferred)
