OUTSIDE MARKETING SALES CONSULTANTS – LOCAL ADVERTISING – YES GETTERS

Do you love selling face to face? Are you a diehard networker? Would you prefer to be on the road rather than stuck in an office at a desk all day?

Spectrum’s first class publication, Spectrum Monthly has been around for 30 years and circulates in Southern NH and Northern MA. A reputable product that is not only well known by small to medium size business, but highly needed and desired for business economic recovery!

We are seeking high energy, outgoing personality, self-driven outside Marketing Sales Consultants to educate, strategize and sell to the local business communities.

Join our team in a unique advertising niche and you will:
• Roll up the (Yes) responses by prospecting for new clients in target-rich territories to offer advertising and marketing services to help them grow their businesses.
• Manage and deepen ongoing account relationships to ensure retention and satisfaction
• Enrich your clients with access to the full range of products and services that the Spectrum Marketing Companies provide including;

• Spectrum Monthly Publications,
• Direct Mail,
• Printing,
• Large Format Signs and
• Graphic Design.

• Provide direction to our design team for the development of any required creative.
• Write-up production orders and related billing.

You are the right person for this opportunity if you are:

• motivated to help small businesses in our communities;

It would be great for you and for us if you had:
• 2+ years of sales or external account management experience
• Previous local advertising sales

We must insist on:
• Basic knowledge of Word, Excel and email applications are required.
• strong oral communication skills (second languages are a plus!)
• valid driver's license

Oh, yeah, you must be able to:
• physically visit clients and potential clients at their business locations
• spend some time sitting at desk
• spend some screen time
• employ fine motor skills for keyboarding, manipulating art work, copy, orders and other forms
• occasionally lift up to 30 pounds

We’ll pay a base salary Plus commissions AND a bonus structure for hitting certain targets/goals!
