Position Highlights:Schedule: 7-on / 7-off, 12-hour shifts (7 PM 7 AM)
Compensation: $332,800 base salary
Starting Bonus: Up to $40,000 (discussed during interview)
Patient Load: Avg. patients per physician
Team Support: APPs on staff; strong peer collaboration
ICU: Closed no procedures or ICU management required
Duties: Respond to rapids and codes; no admissions to ICU
Environment: Directly employed, hospitalist-led model in a physician-friendly system
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (within 5 years of eligibility)
New York Medical License or willing to obtain
DEA certification or willingness to obtain
Clean malpractice/license history highly preferred
Accepting H-1B visa candidates ( J-1 not eligible )

Not accepting locums or candidates within 30 miles of the facility
