MIG Structural Welder
Key Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG welding on structural components according to blueprints, specifications, and safety standards.
• Ensure welds meet quality standards through visual inspection and in-house testing.
• Operate hand tools, welding equipment, and other machinery safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.

Requirements:

• Previous MIG structural welding experience required.
• Prior welding certification preferred, but not required.
• Must be able to pass an in-house weld test during the interview process.
• Ability to read and interpret welding blueprints and schematics.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
