Memory Care RCF, looking for a Nurse passionate about the care of dementia patients. Your Nursing and Leaderships skills will ensure that quality nursing care is provided to the residents and you will direct the day-to-day functions of the Caregiver staff, working closely with facility Administrator and IDT team. Duties include meeting with assigned nursing staff and support personnel to plan the shift services, programs, and activities. As Memory Care Nurse, you would work closely in oversight of clinical person centered care needs and supervise /coordinate/teach non-certified staff that work in our community.

- Must be a licensed RN or LPN in the state of Oregon.
- Experience as a nursing supervisor and working with dementia residents is required.
- Assisted Living, Memory Care, Skilled Nursing and/or Home Health Nursing experience is strongly desired .
