Position Summary:
The in house Marketing Specialist will play a key role in developing and executing digital marketing strategies, with a strong focus on SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and SEM (Search Engine Marketing). This role involves creating campaigns, optimizing online presence, and analyzing performance data to boost lead generation and online engagement for Buckhead Roofing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage SEO strategies to enhance website rankings and drive organic traffic.
• Plan, create, and optimize SEM campaigns, including Google Ads, Bing, Yahoo, SearcGPT, and other pay-per-click (PPC) advertising platforms.
• Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and on-page/off-page SEO optimization.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with content creators to ensure all content is optimized for search engines.
• Stay current with industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in SEO and SEM.

Qualifications:

• This is an in-house position based at our Rome, GA headquarters . Remote work is not available; candidates must be able to report to the Rome, GA location.
• Proven experience in Local SEO, Technical SEO, SEM, and/or digital marketing, with measurable results.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar SEO/SEM tools.
• Strong understanding of keyword research, link building, and website optimization techniques.
• Experience in content strategy and social media marketing is a plus.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed marketing decisions.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• Must be able to take initiative and possess strong critical thinking skills
