To perform operation of Bioreactors/Fermenters and associated equipment required for handling of Mammalian and Microbial Upstream process development. Provide technical inputs for upstream process leveraging in molecular and cell biology, fermentation/ cell, bioreactor engineering, and in-process analytics. To analyze in-process sample analysis like Metabolites, cell counts etc. for current running projects. To Operate and manage uses of equipment’s like Autoclave, Hot air oven, centrifuge and other associated equipment used for upstream process development. Preparation and execution of documents as per laid down Quality procedures for upstream process development and technology transfer. Preparation of SOP, Support for Equipment qualification, Calibration pertaining to upstream process as per laid down procedures. Preparation of technology transfer documentation for and Supporting to Manufacturing site during technology transfer. To co-ordinate with purchase, inter department & vendors for raising indent of raw materials, consumable and spares required for upstream biotechnology. Ensure quality compliance in Biotechnology Upstream laboratory as per Quality standards requirements.
