Staff Management : Recruit, hire, and train store staff. Schedule and supervise employees, manage performance, and foster a positive work environment. Team Player : Customer Service : Ensure that customers have a positive shopping experience. Resolve customer complaints, provide product recommendations, and maintain a clean, organized store. Inventory Management : Manage stock levels, order new inventory, conduct regular stock checks, and minimize product loss.
