Job Description Job Description Investment Intern Program Overview: Application Period: July 8, 2025 – October 10, 2025 Compensation: $23.63/hour + Relocation Assistance We believe CornerStone’s Investment Intern Program offers a unique opportunity to do meaningful investment work, learn valuable technical skills, and work closely with the senior members of an investment organization. Our program welcomes all majors and is well suited for students who are: Interested in investing Interested in furthering their technical training Self-starters and team players Open-minded, teachable, and eager to learn CornerStone’s Intern Program requires a two-month commitment (June 1 – July 31, 2026) which gives Interns exposure to a broad spectrum of asset classes and investment strategies. Our program is project based and culminates in a firm-wide presentation at the end of the summer. Interns are immersed as members of the investment team and work on projects that are considered important to the ongoing success of the investment portfolio. Projects are ultimately selected and assigned based on a combination of firm needs and the skill set of the individual Intern. All Interns complete an Excel and financial modeling training program and have significant networking opportunities throughout the summer. We also offer Interns the opportunity to obtain the Bloomberg Market Concepts certification through completion of a self-paced course that provides an interactive introduction to the financial markets and the Bloomberg Terminal. We work collaboratively with our Interns, over the course of their summer with us and beyond, to help identify their desired next steps and help them achieve their goals. This is a paid internship and offers the option to work remotely. Following the end of the program, Interns may be considered for our full-time Investment Analyst program. CornerStone Partners CornerStone is an investment management firm based in Charlottesville, Virginia. Our clients rely on returns generated by their investment portfolios to fund their missions in health, education, conservation, and building and improving communities. They hire CornerStone to manage their investment program, including investment selection, asset allocation, and investment operations. We seek to invest client portfolios globally with the top investment managers in different asset classes, including public equity, private equity, fixed income, hedge funds, venture capital, and real assets.
