Responsibilities

On a day-to-day basis, you will:

  • Design and implement comprehensive training programs for new and existing sales staff.
  • Evaluate agent performance through direct observation and metrics analysis.
  • Provide one-on-one mentoring and coaching to optimize team performance.
  • Ensure all training materials are current, effective, and accessible.
  • Foster a positive, encouraging, and motivational team environment.
  • Continuously adapt training methods and materials to reflect industry changes.

Responsibilities of an Insurance Sales Trainer:

  • Develop and implement a robust training curriculum focused on product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Monitor and analyze sales team performance, providing constructive feedback and strategies for improvement.
  • Serve as a mentor and leader to sales staff, fostering professional development.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure training content is comprehensive and integrated.
  • Uphold a positive and high-achieving culture within the sales team.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is a professional who:

  • Candidate must have an active Property and Casualty License AND an active Life, Health, and Accident License to be considered.
  • Has a minimum of 3 years in sales with a proven history of exceeding targets.
  • Has demonstrable experience developing and conducting effective sales training programs.
  • Possesses excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Has a solid understanding of insurance products and modern sales processes.
  • Can inspire, lead, and motivate a team of sales professionals.
  • Is proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite and other sales-related software.
