NOW HIRING: FEDEX DELIVERY DRIVERS

AEM GROUP CORP, a contracted FedEx Ground service provider, is looking for motivated, reliable, and money-driven drivers to join our growing delivery team. PAY & PERFORMANCE INCENTIVES

 

 

• $750–$850/week or more, depending on weekly volume
• Weekly direct deposit
• Bonuses based on:

ABOUT THE ROUTE

 

 

• Covers Saint Cloud, Holopaw, and Kenansville
• 1 dedicated route with consistent daily structure
• Must be able to handle 150–200+ stops daily
• Must lift/carry up to 150 lbs (dollies provided)
• Mix of residential and rural deliveries — new homes are being built daily, so the route is always expanding

 

 

 

 

 

SCHEDULE & AVAILABILITY

 

 

• Full-time position with consistent daily routes
• Drivers start at 6:00 AM to load trucks
• Routes include a mix of smalls and large packages
• Weekends are a must — if you can’t work weekends,
  there’s a strong chance you will not be hired
• Must be available for occasional holidays and peak volume days
• Uniforms are provided
• This is a year-round position — not seasonal. We’re growing and looking for long-term team members

• Safety is taken seriously at AEM GROUP CORP
• All vehicles are equipped with in-cab safety cameras
  • Cameras alert management if you’re texting, speeding, or violating stop signs
• Drivers are expected to follow all safety procedures at all times
• We do not tolerate careless or reckless behavior — safety comes before speed

CRITICAL TIMING EXPECTATIONS

 

 

• Pickups and deliveries must be 100% on time
• Strict time windows for pickups (e.g., 1:00–3:00 PM)
  • Packages must be scanned within the assigned time window —
  no early, no late scans
• Timeliness, accuracy, and accountability are key

 

 

 

 

 

TRAINING INCLUDED

 

 

• 5-day paid hands-on training program
• Learn delivery tools, safety protocols, time management, and more
• No experience needed — just the right mindset and drive
• FedEx or route experience is a plus, but not required

 

 

 

 

 

A DAY IN THE LIFE

 

 

• Drivers start at 6:00 AM and typically finish routes by 2:00 PM
• Daily stop count ranges between 180–220 stops once fully trained
• New drivers start with lower volume while learning the area — we want you to succeed, not get discouraged
• Expect longer days during the first few weeks — it takes time to learn all areas, but the more you learn, the faster your day goes

• Must be 21+ years old
• Valid driver’s license (CDL NOT required)
• Clean background and driving record
• Able to pass random drug screenings
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and physically fit
