Job Description
Restaurant General Manager for a busy fast food restaurant. $45,000 to $60,000 salary. 45 hour work week! Quarterly Bonus, Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, Paid Vacation and PTO. Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including customer service, staff management, inventory, and financial performance. Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team to achieve company goals and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards. Manage restaurant budgets, financial reports, and performance metrics to drive profitability and efficiency.
Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and customer satisfaction. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and empathy.
Foster a positive work environment through effective communication, recognition, and team-building activities.
General Manager Requirements: At least 2 years of General Manager experience, preferably in fast food. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset. Must have the capability to learn software and be able to troubleshoot it.
