Litigation Paralegal
Location: Glens Falls 12801
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Compensation: $55,000 – $63,000 annually, commensurate with experience
Position Overview: Seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal to join our dynamic legal team. In this role, you will support attorneys throughout all phases of litigation—from case inception to trial. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct legal research and compile relevant case information
• Draft legal documents, pleadings, and professional correspondence
• Organize and maintain case files with precision and accuracy
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
• Prepare and file court documents in accordance with deadlines
• Provide comprehensive support to attorneys as needed
Qualifications
• Proven experience as a litigation paralegal
• Proficiency in legal research and document preparation
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with legal databases and case management software
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
