Key Responsibilities :
- Provide high-quality cleaning services for residential clients, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and detailed cleaning of kitchens, bathrooms, and living areas.
- Manage and organize cleaning supplies efficiently and ensure safe handling of all equipment.
- Ensure every job is completed to a high standard and to the satisfaction of our clients.
- Maintain excellent communication with the office, and follow detailed instructions or special requests from clients.
- Work independently or as part of a team to complete cleaning assignments within a given time frame.
- Promote a positive experience by being courteous and professional with all clients.
Qualifications :
- Minimum 2 years of cleaning experience, ideally in a professional residential cleaning environment.
- Knowledge of advanced cleaning techniques and eco-friendly cleaning methods.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently without compromising quality.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of cleanliness.
- Reliable and dependable with a track record of punctuality and professionalism.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, client-focused attitude.
- Must be able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Ability to follow company procedures and instructions effectively.
