Are you organized, detail-oriented, and ready to make an impact in a professional yet friendly environment? RLS Accounting Services, LLC, a growing CPA firm just off Street Road in Bensalem, PA, is looking for an Administrative Assistant with social media experidence to join our team.
Our firm specializes in accounting, bookkeeping, and tax preparation and planning for individuals and small businesses across a variety of industries. This role is a unique opportunity to combine administrative skills with social media experience to help the firm thrive and grow.
Start Date: Tentatively October 15, 2025 (our newly constructed office will be ready by then!)

Responsibilities
Draft correspondences and formal documents
Plan and schedule appointments and events
Greet and assist onsite guests
Answer inbound calls professionally
Develop and maintain organized filing systems
Assist in preparing tax return booklets
Support social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Nextdoor, LinkedIn) to promote the firm
Must be able to work after hours during tax season (Jan 15 – Apr 30)
Perform additional administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
Previous experience in office administration at a CPA firm
Social media experience preferred
Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
