As an Automation Test Lead/ SDET, you will act as a validation and quality assurance expert and review the functionality of existing systems. You will conduct requirement analysis, define test strategy and design, and lead execution to guarantee superior outcomes. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. 4 years of Information Technology experience. Infosys is unable to provide immigration sponsorship for this role at this time. Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Richardson, TX or be willing to relocate. This position may require travel in the US. Strong understanding of testing processes and testing life cycle. Preferred Skills Familiarity with ETL processes, data warehousing principles, and cloud-based data platforms; strong understanding of data profiling, reconciliation, and anomaly detection techniques. Proven experience in data migration projects, ideally involving Snowflake and SQL Server. Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills; experience with test automation tools and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Shell) is a plus. Automation experience in Python, Java. Strong awareness of Testing lifecycle stages with detailed understanding of processes involved in each stage. Experience collaborating with a larger team in Global Delivery Model and in client interfacing mode. Good understanding of Agile Methodology with clear concepts of Agile implementation in testing space. Technical skills with ETL tools (e.g., Ab Initio, DataStage) and the ability to use ETL tools to build custom scripts for testing. Automation awareness and implementation in testing; any custom automation scripting language experience in Python is a plus. Effective communication, strong analytical ability, and good teamwork. Good knowledge of cloud migration. Quick learner, adapting to dynamic work environment.
