Job Description

Job Description

Our client, Pierce Legal Group, is an estate planning firm known for guiding families with care, clarity, and precision. We believe estate planning should feel personal and professional, not transactional, and that our clients deserve a team that is both compassionate and highly competent. To keep delivering that level of service as we grow, we are seeking a skilled Estate Planning Paralegal who can bring structure, insight, and leadership to our workflow.

This is an opportunity for someone who loves both the people side and the process side of estate planning. You will work directly alongside our managing attorney, helping design, draft, and deliver complete estate plans while improving how our firm operates day to day. You will coordinate across intake, drafting, and signing, ensuring that every client file moves smoothly through the firm’s seven-stage process from first call to final binder. You will also have a voice in refining our systems, building out better task tracking, and helping to implement new technology that keeps our firm efficient and client-focused.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned paralegal with deep estate planning experience, someone who knows their way around trusts, wills, and powers of attorney and takes pride in catching every detail before a document ever reaches the attorney’s desk. You are comfortable navigating DecisionVault, Clio, and WealthCounsel, and you have the organizational instincts to keep a dozen moving parts synchronized without missing a beat. You thrive on accountability, communicate clearly and professionally, and genuinely care about helping clients protect what matters most.

In this role, you will draft and proof estate documents, manage client data, coordinate consultations and signings, and keep our matters on track. You will serve as a trusted point of contact for clients, paralegals, and attorneys alike, the steady hand that makes everything run smoothly behind the scenes. You will also be a key part of our ongoing growth, helping to modernize our systems and bring fresh ideas to how a small law firm can operate with excellence.

Pierce Legal offers competitive pay ($26–$30/hr based on experience), a SIMPLE IRA with 3% match, two weeks of PTO plus holidays, and a supportive, family-oriented culture that values integrity, accountability, and follow-through. Health insurance is available, and we prioritize work-life balance while maintaining the responsiveness our clients deserve.

If you are a paralegal who takes ownership, finds satisfaction in order and precision, and wants to play a central role in a firm that is growing the right way with heart, integrity, and structure, we would love to hear from you. Join us and help shape the next chapter of Pierce Legal’s legacy.
