Moyer Pest Control is looking for a talented and organized Dispatcher for our busy office in Huntington Valley. Dispatchers perform diversified duties to direct drivers and schedule service of assigned Pest Control Technicians. Dispatchers ensure our customers get the prompt pest control services they need!

Duties and Responsibilities of a Moyer Pest Dispatcher:

• Prepare drivers daily schedule for delivery and service of Commercial & Residential Pest Services.
• Printout daily delivery invoices.
• Observe, convey, contribute to and enforce all company rules and regulations including housekeeping, safety and confidentiality of information.
• Provide assistance during non-office hours as requested.
• Complete or assist with any and all company duties as requested  
• Deliver information for daily services to the remote technicians by way of email and electronic/ mobile devices.
• Reschedule appointments, schedule new sales and work directly with other dispatchers as needed.
• Send automated notices of upcoming services and future services.
• Review customer service and driver related issues with management as needed.

Dispatchers should possess the following skills

• Use computer, printer, data terminal, calculator and other usual office equipment. 
• Ability to interact with company personnel and customers in a polite and professional manner.
• Maintain excellent dispatching skills including the observance of all company rules, confidentiality of all company information. Be available to work extended hours during peak seasons.
• High School Graduate or comparable, some college preferred
• Experience with PC: Windows, Excel, Word, Access and Outlook
• Customer Service experience 
• Excellent communication skills.
