Do meaningful work in your community. BAYADA work one-on-one in home and community settings as a companion and mentor for individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities to help them reach their full potential.

We have PART TIME/PER DIEM job openings in the following locations:

• Branson, MO
• Springfield, MO
• Marshfield,MO

BAYADA offers DSPs the following benefits :

Job Responsibilities for DSPs

• You will provide personal care assistance (dressing, grooming)
• You will accompany clients on errands and appointments
• You will spend time on the client’s favorite hobbies and activities
• You will assist with everyday tasks, such as meal preparation
• You will participate in community integration activities

Qualifications for DSPs:

• One year experience working with I/DD individuals; If you do not have this experience, training is available through our apprentice program
• High school diploma or equivalent
